parents with clingy baby's.

My daughter is almost 1 and I literally can't ever do anything or get anything done without her screaming her head off for me to pick her up can't clean can't cook can't even change into a pair of shorts without her crying and screaming even when I'm right next to her she's literally crying for me to hold her or to be on my lap, how do y'all deal with this because I'm losing my shit. Oh and she can be fine watching cartoons but when I make eye contact with her it's like she remembers to cry and comes crawling to me crying.
