E-hookah / E-shisha safe to use while pregnant?
So I was a smoker before I was pregnant, quit cold turkey as soon as I found out so my last cigarette would’ve been when I was roughly 5 weeks pregnant. Throughout my first and second trimester I had no interest in smoking, I could barely even stand the smell. I’m now 33 weeks and I’m really starting to crave a cigarette, I’ve just been trying to keep myself busy when I feel like this but it doesn’t always help. I haven’t caved yet because I know that if I let myself have just one cigarette, it will end up being a regular thing. But it is getting so hard to stay away from smoking. So I was wondering if it is okay to use those flavoured e-hookah pens? They have no nicotine and no tobacco in them. And yes I’ve tried the gum and the patches, they really aren’t helping at all. Also if there’s anything else someone could suggest that would be much appreciated! Please don’t come at me with any rude/judgmental comments, especially if you’re a non-smoker and have no idea how hard this is.
