Cervical position?

Ok how do u know what position is ur cervix? I mean is it asking if u were laying down or sitting on ur head? I'm confused

Answer

You stick your finger in your vagina and feel for the tip of the cervix. The position is relating to if you cervix is high or low. Usually you will not know this until ypu have checked it frequently throughout a whole cycle. Also you should recored if it feels soft or hard (most things describe hard to feel like the tip of your nose) and if it feels open or closed. If it is low, soft and open you are most likely fertile. High, hard and closed not fertile. (Make sure to wash your hands well before to avoid introuducing bacteria in your vagina  ausimg infections) my cervix is already higher than most anyway and I have short fingers so I could never feel it.
