My birth story

Thursday night(October 26th) around 8pm I started having really bad contractions

Around 12 Friday morning(October 27th) we went to L&D; they sent me home because I was only 1cm dilated

I didn’t get any sleep because my contractions were 5-6 minutes apart all Friday my contractions were getting worse but spacing out and having them for longer

Friday evening around 6:30 we went back to L&D; because my contractions were getting so bad I got nauseous and felt like passing out. They checked my cervix told me I was 3cm dilated and they were admitting me because my daughter was so low they just need to get me to dilated more. Around 7 almost 8 they gave me the epidural and let me rest because I didn’t get any sleep the night before they gave me medication to bring my contractions together. 11 comes around and they check how far I am now I was at 6cm so they broke my water and than left me again till I got the “poop” feeling which was around 12:18 (October 28th) and they told me it was time to push 12:30 came and they were handing me my precious baby girl

It’s also great because my little sister birthday is October 27th my daughters birthday is October 28th and my husband birthday is the 29th so we spent my husband birthday in the hospital but he also got the best birthday gift ever
