Too fat???

So ive been trying to get pregnant for almost a year now and my gyno pretty much told me im too fat and my diet is bad and thats why im not getting pregnant.....does this sound legit and if so what do i do? :(

Limit dairy (this really helped me when I started years ago) and added sugar. Go for a more clean eating approach. It seems tough and overwhelming at a glance but it really isn’t!! 
Excerise 3-4 times a week too. Join a fitness class or just take some walks 😀

its just...idk i dont wanna sound conceided but im honestly not even that "big" ya im 235 lbs but im also tall. And ive been trying so hard yo change my diet but everything is so expensive and gross im really picky when it comes to food and i know if i wanna loose weight i cant be picky but with certain foods i litteraly throw up at tge smell of them my tummy is very sensitive....idk what to do

if seen extreme fat woman get pregnant. if you want to loose weight , eat healthy. like more vegetables and fruits .

Change your lifestyle like start eating clean, don't forget to cheat at least once a week, start exercising 3-5 times a week . When you're overwhelmed and don't know where to start search it on the internet about keto diet and inspirations 😀 your gyno is just looking out for you and the baby cause if you're overweight and pregnant there is a high risk of complications like diabetes, high blood pressure and many more and that doesn't sound good. Yes, there are some overweight or obese ladies with success stories with their pregnancies but it's not good to risk it. I'm sure it's hard but i'll tell it's worth it
