Has anyone lost weight on Zoloft (sertraline)?

I’ve been on it for 4 months now and have lost more than 10 pounds. I thought antidepressants make you gain weight?

Kinda just depends on the individual-- it can go either way. (Having depression better controlled can also lead to weight changes from behavior changes!)

I gained about 45 lbs on it. And only on it for about a year.
