Natural cycle

We're trying for baby #1 and this will be our first time trying to conceive. My blood work and HSG all came back perfect. We're doing iui #1 this month (couldn't last month because the offices are closed on weekends which is when I got my positive opk). Is anyone else doing a natural cycle? Or have positive stories doing a natural cycle? I'm nervous but excited about this.
