OPK's are confusing!

Has anyone ever gotten lines on opk's or high fertility days, but no surge? I had tested 8 days straight; all in the morning after longest sleep. I used digital for four days which showed high fertility, then ran out, so I used the sticks and this is what I got. Looks like the one could have been positive if I tested that night, but I didn't. Any suggestions?
