I'm confused....

Can anyone explain this to me cuz I'm baffled... I went to gyno on Wednesday they checked me for bv stds yeast. Then the next day I went to er cuz I've been having belly pain and It was more on right side. Did c.t scan to make sure it wasn't appendicitis. Nope. They did blood and urine to all good levels. And I'm not pregnant. Well they also did a pelvic exam and took swabs. Well their test said I had bv. Then today I get a call from gyno saying all their tests were negative even bv. So I'm slightly confused.
