Sorry for the novel!!

My boyfriend has been on vacation all week, and I’ve been working and on errands and going to appointments after work. I have a party at work today and I needed to cook, so I got home around 7 and cooked for four hours and he helped here and there...he did laundry and cleaned a little while he was home.

I get a little irritated because he’s glued to this game on his phone. I’ve talked to him about it a few times because when we’re home he spends a ton of time playing his game and watching gaming videos when I want to spend time with him. Especially when I don’t get to spend time with him while he’s on vacation from work...

I was a little cranky because I was tired and hadn’t eaten all day, but I thanked him for his help and for cleaning and decided to go to bed. This was around 11. He stayed up to play his game, okay, I was annoyed. I just wanted to snuggle up to him after a long day.

He said he would turn down the volume to his video, but I decided to close the bedroom door to get some quiet.

He then wakes me up at midnight upset with me and telling me he felt like he was walking on eggshells since I got home and asked me if i didn’t want him to sleep in our bed. I’ve never once told him he couldn’t, I always want him there...I felt horrible, I was exhausted, and then feeling like I’m being attacked.

I asked him why he’s only bringing it up at midnight and waking me up and he said it’s because he wasn’t sure if I wanted him to come in our bedroom with me.

I’m a little pissed. Am I overreacting?
