Help please
I am supposedly 4dpo today but I was spotting yesterday for like 39 minutes and again this morning and it isnonly when I wipe any suggestions according to Glow Ihave already ovulated, i dont do OPK's and I dont temp because the last time I did that I stressed myself out. Ibhave a 26 day cycle and AF is not due until 5/14.
