Friends and Weight lose
I always look at what I eat and I do count calories but not all the time I have cheat days but every time I bring up the gym or before we go out to eat look at the menu like yes I would get something besides a salad they can eat where ever and they get offended when I don’t eat and I say I’ll eat something else later and I know I’m not losing a lot of weight but on my personal note I’ve lost a lot of weight just for me personally I’m very proud of myself it’s not easy and my friends always roll their eyes and talk about me behind my back about it “she hasn’t lost that much weight she needs to stop lying” “she’s annoying with this whole diet thing” first off I never started a diet i just wanted to change my life style did anyone else go through this ...
