she's eating what seems like a lot at 2 of 3 meals and usually just peckish at one. over the course of a day, she can put away an entire banana (at two meals), a quarter of an avocado, 2 strawberries, several blueberries, an ounce or two of pasta with sauce, half an ounce of cheese I've noticed cheddar is the easiest for her tummy. and a handful of cheerios or a couple teething crackers, we're going to try toast this week but hubby and I haven't been eating as much bread so we just haven't had it around. she doesn't usually like to be spoon fed even yogurt anymore so I froze my own homemade yogurt melts and she eats a bunch of that too. she loves them so much she'll give herself a brain freeze if I don't space them out 🙄 sometimes she'll eat a half a scrambled egg. I need to steam and freeze another batch of veggies but she only pecks at those. oh and she's always loved cold mushy black beans 😅

This makes me feel better that I'm not the only one. I feel like my son is bad at swallowing adult food even when it's cut up, and he gives up quickly. I'm practicing more, by the also HATES touching food with his hands. He rarely will grab food and eat it himself unless it's leaves on the ground or other things that SHOULDNT go in his mouth lol!

2/3 meals but not necessarily big, just anywhere from about 1-3 tbs of food.
