Does this sciatic nerve pain ever go away?!

Help 😭 it was super bad in my pregnancy I'm now almost 6w pp and doesn't matter what position I'm in it hurts so bad. Someone tell me it eventually goes away or how to reduce the pain 😩

There are specific stretches you can do to help with sciatic issues. Also what helps me immensely when it starts acting up is using a heated shiatsu massage pad on a chair. Once you have sciatic nerve issues, it will continually act up throughout your life if it is inflamed or bothered in anyway. Managing it is all you can do.

I would suggest seeing your family doctor or a chiropractor before I was pregnant I had two sciatic problems flare up one after the other and I only had relief with Codiene and muscle relaxers and lots of rest.
