6 weeks and 5 days. What does this mean?

This is my first pregnancy and I just got an ultrasound done on Tuesday the 31st. Everything was normal, I was able to see the baby’s heartbeat and all but I’m kinda concerned about this. Is this normal?

It's normal to have some bleeding during early pregnancy I would call dr just to be safe but it's not unusual I had bleeding for about the first 8 wks with both of my pregnancies.
