Yesterday I got a cramp in my leg, it went away and then I ended up with a cramp in my other leg. It hasn't gone away it gets more painful when I walk. How can I make the pain go away. It's like the pain has gone from my stomach down to my leg. It's actually worse pain than my cramps and usually they are really bad. Is there anyway of getting rid of this cramp in my leg
