Wh should I be concerned ?

I'm 17 days late and I'm starting to feel sick. Anything?? Took this morning. Although with recent test taken since being late I constantly get faints !! Help!? How many days late is ok for me to contact my OBGYN as a concern? I would be 2 months pregnant though from last time I had unprotected sex. They all look clearer in person but here are some pictures. (The first one was from 2 months ago as well)
