Cervical mucus question 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Hi.. I have a question since going online is so misleading on the information. My CM was dry right after period, then crumpy/milky color, then more tacky/creamy, creamy/gooeyish/slightly stretchy. I’m not used to noting this sort of stuff and I don’t even know if I’m doing it right but I’m suppose to ovulate in a few days and I read that it should be like eggwhites? Am I off on my dates or what? I need insight on this as well as advice, but i don’t know if it helps but BD the last night in particular I felt what seemed he was tapping against something when BD(woman on top), doesnt the cervix need to be low close to ovulation?
