Ovulation plain vs. implantation cramps??
According to Glow O Day was 10/29 I am due for AF on 11/13 and am experiencing mild cramping on my right side. Trying to decipher whether I am ovulating late or experiencing implantation cramping (no spotting). I avoided tracking though LH strips as last month they didn’t work for me. Does anyone have any input on the timing of this?
