Anyone ever experience this?

My boyfriend and I are ttc. I tested yesterday and the day before and got a BFN AF is due tomorrow which I'm hoping she doesn't show. My nipples are very sensitive they don't hurt at all and they don't feel heavy (which they normally do when AF is due). When my partner and I have intercourse I immediately get off when he brushes up against my nipples literally the slightest touch on my nipples and it's over. Only symptoms I would say I'm having are lower backaches which sometimes can be very very painful, tiredness and it seems like I can't be full after eating anything. Could these be signs of pregnancy?
