Spotting very light brown

So I've been having some spotting very little hardly nothing its started on the 2nd. After fiancee and I had sex. I felt really wet down there so I touched to see if maybe I had started AF.. But nothing. I've been pregnant twice I have a 3yr old son ,and mc in June.... Neither pregnancy did I experience "implantation bleeding"....

I've been taking fertility blend & vitex for 3 months. May I say I'm very irregular. My last period was in march 8 th. And that feeling of wanting to start went away. And only when I wipe I see the light brownish discharge....not even enough for a pad or pantyliner I sometimes have Lil spotting but then shortly after AF comes but not this time.. I. Need some advice don't know what it could be.. Input appreciated
