If you had sex a day before your period then the chances of you getting pregnant are incredibly unlikely, as it's a bit too late in your cycle for you to have been ovulating. Unless this isn't the only unprotected sex you had this month, I'm fairly certain it's the pill that messed with your cycle. Are you tracking your green days on this app? I took plan B once when I was 19, it delayed my period and made me sick. I feel pretty confident in saying you're fine. Take a test to be sure.
