Weight loss
So here's the deal, I'm getting married next July and I've been working out and eating right since May of this year. I haven't had ANY success in losing weight. I workout every single day and eat my protiens, vegetables, and fruits. still no weight loss besides a few pounds..no major difference. I am wondering if any of you ladies have had this issue and could offer any advice? I am also worried it could be a thyroid problem or hormones? Any insight is helpful, please no negative words. Thanks!
