Hi ladies! I'm 5 weeks+3 and wondering if anyone else is experiencing the occasional flurry of sharp twinges -- not exactly cramps, more like ovulation pains. I'm currently having them on my left side, not super painful, but enough to go "ow!" No spotting or anything, but this is my first pregnancy and I'm terrified about the possibility of an ectopic or miscarriage. First appointment is still weeks away so I have to remain calm!  Thanks in advance for any advice!
