Condoms / Pregnancy

I am aware that condoms are considered to be probably the best birth control statistically, other then the bc pill. There are instances that they might tear, break, rip, fall off (?), leaking semen into the vagina, and possibly causing pregnancy. I am 20 years old, and now 10 weeks pregnant. My boyfriend and I practiced birth control with condoms regularly. I am not on the pill. The condom that Drew was wearing obviously tore or something and I got pregnant. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced either pregnancy by a tear or leaky condom, or maybe a pregnancy scare? Luckily my pregnancy is welcomed and I'm totally excited.
