Symptom??

Anyone get groin pain as an early pregnancy symptom? I'm 12dpo and got a bfn with fmu today but I've had symptoms all week and honestly felt like I was pregnant and lost hope this morning. I've never had groin pain as a pms symptom and I haven't done anything strenuous to cause injury... just searching for a little hope- thanks in advance!
