Do you appreciate your period?

I don't exactly look forward to my period every month, I don't jump up and down with glee when Aunt Flow shows up, and having my period is definitely not a joy ride. But I do appreciate my period. I do enjoy the fact that my body is healthy and that someday it will likely be able to bare children.
