I had bloodwork done and when we were discussing it today at my 12 week appointment I learned that I am a carrier for cystic fibrosis. My husband gave blood today and if he isn't a carrier than we have nothing to worry about. If he is a carrier there is a 25% chance that our baby will have cf. I didn't even know they were testing for this and I wish they hadn't. Now I'm just anxious and in the end it doesn't matter what the results say because this is our baby. Now I have to wait till Friday to hear back :/
