I'm just over 4 weeks preg and I'm full off a cold

Hi ladies I've been full of a cold for a week now sore throat and snotty nose is there anything save to take why preg I'm waiting for my appointment with mid wife letter come through door so I can't ask her yet 😩🤷🏻‍♀️ I feel great other than the morning when I can't breathe
