Doctors note.
It’s a long shot but I was planning on leaving work the first of December. Due to the stress of my job and throwing up constantly (or enough to call out/ leave early some days) I’m really thinking I want to leave a little sooner. Is this something my doctor can write a note for? He knows I was hospitalized from throwing up too much and being dehydrated.
