HCG 13200 at 5 weeks 2 days

Does this seem high to anyone? I know for a fact that I’m not further along than I think. We were actively ttc and we know exactly when we conceived. When I was dpo 11 my HCG was only 9, two days later it was only at 34. At that point my Dr wanted weekly testing because it was so low and I was having some spotting. So a week later it had gone up to 737 and now only a week after that it is up to 13200!!! I’ve done research and it seems much higher than it should be at 5 weeks. Please leave your opinions or experiences! Could it possibly be twins? What is going on? Thanks for your help!
