starting opk tomorrow!
Just bought some online! I haven't had a period since getting off birth contol so I want to see if im even ovulating. Any advice for an opk newbie??? I work 12 hr shifts, so I don't think I'll be able to test in the afternoon on the days I work. I have read so much online that it is overwhelming! Thanks Glow community! it has been helpful to have this app and feel like I'm not alone in this!
