When are you decorating for Christmas?

Our tradition is to start when we get home from thanksgiving dinner. I'm so excited! I can't wait to hold my little one next to the Christmas tree, while soft Christmas music plays in the background 😌❤️

I'm in Canada..  so right after Remembrance day (November 11th). We celebrated thanksgiving in October so Christmas starts nice and early lol

We generally wait until the day after Thanksgiving however this year we decided to start Nov 1st. I have 3 older kiddos (13, 11, and 8) and they are just as excited as Mom and Dad to get it done with! My SO and I have also got the majority of presents wrapped and under the tree because I'm miserable already and don't want to be wrapping any later in my pregnancy! Baby girl is scheduled for a c-section Dec. 14th.

Growing up, my family decorated the first Sunday in December. My husband's family decorates after Thanksgiving dinner. 
Last year, my husband and I decorated waaay early. I think we were just excited to have our own Christmas in our own home. This year, I plan to decorate the weekend following Thanksgiving. I'm trying to enjoy every season before our little Christmas baby comes, so I don't want to rush this year.

Yesterday lol. We are planning a 16 hr trip to Arkansas for the week of Thanksgiving and with baby due in December decided this yesterday we would get started and do little by little till our trip. Still need to finish our tree and get the rest of the stuff but don't want to rush before baby..

This weekend! Our boy is due 12/3 so I don’t want to take any chances just in case he decides to come early. I’m usually a strict after Thanksgiving person but excited to do it a little early this time.

I’m due Dec. 2 and am very traditional! So we’re still planning on waiting until Thanksgiving night/the day after to decorate. I’m glad Thanksgiving is early this year!

Uk here , I am decorating the 2nd last weekend in November purely because I want to do it myself and I want to be mobile cause once I get going I canna stop!!
