Pain on left side???

Hi i am having some sharp pains on the left side of my body accompanied by cramps  It hurts so bad i feel like i want to cry. Can someone please tell me what this is. Btw I'm 12dpo. Has this happened to anyone else? I can barely walk around or sit up.

If you're in that much pain I'd get it checked out. Could possibly be an ovarian cyst

I was also thinking ovarian cyst...they hurt soooo bad!!

If you were about 5 weeks further along, I would be concerned about an ectopic pregnancy, but you are way too early for that. Definitely call the doctor, could also be kidney stones or something totally unrelated to baby making.
