It's hard to conceive without ew or watery. Have you been tracking your cm other months and have you gotten ew cm before? You can try preseed and that may help. I dont know for sure what else to do.

Have you looked into preseed or mucinex? Also drinking more water can help. It's not impossible to conceive, but most other cm besides watery is hostile to sperm
