Frer has a sensitivity of somewhere around 6.3miu, the tests used at clinics and drs office are usually 25-50miu. Thats a huge difference, dont stress yourself, you're pregnant, hcg doubles every 48hours. So pretend you're at 6 now, you should test positive on the other before this weekend. Buy the $1 walmart or dollar store tests, they are the same ones used by the dr and it can give you an idea of when you can go in and get that dr confirmation. Congrats.

I got one positive first response on 9 DPO with first morning urine then two negative that afternoon including a digital. 
Used the other digital the next morning before going to the dr and it was positive. 
Dr said negative. 
So we did a blood test. Got the results the next day and they were positive! 😍
It can get confusing if you test too early lol

I got a positive with a frer. 14 hours later hospital said negative. Took a blood test and hcg was 17. Trust the frer.

ny dr told me that for example clear blue forst RESPONCE are way better that what they Have in there much more sensitive u cant get a fauls neg congrats

I got positives at home, hospital said negative because my pee was low but blood was barely positive, and  my red blood cell count was high which said I probably was. Then went to the doctor and they made me do 3 more blood draws to make sure I was rising. It was VERY annoying because they made me think I was going to miscarry! I'm now 34 weeks :)
