Kick count help
Hey ladies, I'm 28 weeks and I have to do a kick count for the hospital. My question is, how do I do this? Am I counting individual movements with a break in between? I know I'm confusing, but when she kicks she usually wiggles around for about 4-6 min at a time. So would that movement be considered one kick? I don't want to record too much activity or too little and be wrong.
