implantation bleeding ?

I had a miscarriage September 25 at 8 weeks... my AF was suppose to show up November 26 and nothing... I'm still waiting and yesterday I wiped once and had something similar and today again... I am on metformin 1000mg 1x a day and I've never had this on and off thing when AF shows up i feel like I am peeing on myself and sure enough it's full blast!!!
