Okay so I have been to the doctor before that is suggested, I went whilst the hole on the left was the same size. I was told to leave it uncovered and it would heal. There is no puss or blood it just “leaks” fluid. It is now incredibly painful, it gets irritated and I can’t walk around with no underwear or trousers on. It’s on my bikini line so whatever I wear catches it.

Any advice please?! 😔
