when did you hear from the midwife

So I told my doctor I was pregnant last week how long did you guys wait until you got your first midwife appointment and scan I'll be 11 weeks Thursday??

I applied for one online right when I found out because I knew I wanted a midwife this time, they called me back within a few days saying they were full and that they would let me know when they have a spot available and then they contacted me about a week and a half later saying they had a spot for me so I got to see them last week (at 6 weeks and 2 days) it was more so an information appointment

I had my first appointment at 7weeks, it just depends on your area and how busy the surgery is.

I called mine and I won't c them till I'm 8wks. I thought that was odd. it was different with my son
