So I suffer from very bad depression and anxiety to the point where I’ll do very bad things when I was 18 I shot myself in the chest I went to a phyc hospital for a while. My anxiety is the cause of the depression so I have been taking some Xanax here and there but last night my pregnancy Hormones made me crazy and I took 4 mg of Xanax idk if I should call my ob or go to the ER. Or what? This whole things makes me crazy I was not even expecting to get pregnant and now I am but I quit a lot of stuff but I felt like if I had not taken that medication to calm me down I would have tried something VERY VERY BAD.
