Sneaking my pregnancy workouts in at work.
I find it very very tough to wake up early these days to work out and let's face it, when I get home, my butt usually goes straight for the couch. I decided to become more active at work. Every 30 minutes I make myself do a lap around the office. It's a small office, but at a lap 2 times an hour x 8 hours is 16 laps. I also have started doing squats and push ups/ wall sits every time I use the restroom... which these days is like 10-15 times a day with this baby and all of the water I am drinking. I try to do 10-20 squats or wall push-ups each time or a 1 minute wall sit. I'd also love to get an exercise ball for the office to help to keep my core strong. If it weren't so cold now I'd also consider walking on my lunch break. Any other office workout ideas, ladies? Thanks!
