Cd 29 according to glow 12dpo

I've been taking fertility blend ,vitex for 3months now. My LMP was in march. But I've been having light brown discharge spotting not even alot for pad or pantyliner. A few days ago felt like if I wanted to start my period but never came I cleaned up down there after sex and noticed this color of spotting. Sometimes I spot light brown or red prior to AF. Then it gets heavy like a period but not this time... Just very light light. When I wipe or pee. This has never happen to me. With both my pregnancies never did I have IB... So idj what should I do ? Wait a few more days or test? WHOS GOING THROUGH THIS??? COULD IT BE THE SUPPLEMENTS INPUT PLZ IM CONFUSED!!!!
