Multiple maybe !!??

So I had an IUI done on 10/9. I had two mature follicles and was told that both of these follicles were released ..

Needless to say, I was surprised and scared at the same time!! Anyway, fast forward 10 days to 10/19 and I get a positive test. I go to the hospital to get my levels checked the same day. 10 days past IUI and my levels are 55. I go back the morning of 10/21, about 36 hours later, and my levels quadrupled to 247, just 12 days past my IUI.

Now I know I probably shouldn’t but every woman’s post that I’ve read had really low numbers,like 27 or 33, at 4 weeks. Mine were almost double this at 3weeks 0 days. Can this indicate multiples?? I haven’t seen anyone with levels as high as mine so early.
