Okay so I have an appointment the 16th to have my nexplanon implant removed I’ve had a lot of issues and problems with this. I’ve had it for 2 and a half years. I’m deciding to go with either the nuvaring or the patch. Has anyone used them two options and how did you like it? Did it help with cramps and to regulate your period? Help clear skin? Thank you.
