Okay so i just pooped.. and had to push it a little hard to get out but now im having horrible cramps... is this normal?! :( so sorry didn't want to sound gross.

Dr said no stool softners but Metamucil or fiber clear instead.

Drink lots of apple juice! It has helped me TONS!!! It'll soften your stool and it helps, I was the same way a week ago. Someone suggested it to me and it's been working!

Constipation can do that to you. I was suffering bad from it this weekend and went thru the same thing this weekend. Take some stool softners and get those bolders out lol. Thats the only way i can describe it.
