Bloating and plan B

Hey so I took plan be in September and October. I just had my period and it lasted six days and had blood clots. It’s a week after it finished and I’m having bad lower belly bloating. The bloating is under my belly button and it’s uncomfortable not painful. I’ve taken two pregnancy tests before my period started (2days before) and they were negative. I’ve taken four different kinds a couple days after it finished and they were all negative. I’m pretty sure I’m not pregnant. Could the bloating be from plan b and any advice on relieving it? Please let me know if you have a similar issue.
