I'm 18- Tell my strict mom about IUD insertion?

Question

I'm having my iud inserted tommorow. secretly. I'm 18. My parents are against premarital sex. They have full authority and power over me because I live in their household. My mom hid my bottle of ibuprofen (i bought it for the insertion) because she thought of something suspicous like me getting addicted to it (shes protective). 
it's an expensive bottle of ibuprofen.
Now I don't know if I should tell her that I need it for my insertion tommorow. she won't give it to me if i dont give her a valid reason.
I have a boyfriend of 4 months- lost my vcard to him and we had a pregnancy scare but we love each other. My parents are strongly against me doing anything sexual with him.
i'm scared if they tell me, i wont be able to go to my appointment tommorow because they wouldnt let me.

You don’t need to tell her any of your business. You’re 18 and even if you live with them what you do with your body is your choice. If you were my daughter I’d be glad that you’re being responsible and practicing safe sex.

Telling her could do more harm than good. My local Walmart has 98¢ bottles of ibuprofen... it wouldn’t be a big deal if you don’t take it, honestly. Insertion doesn’t hurt too much.

My dr wouldn’t let me take anything before having mine put in. It’s insane that she took your ibuprofen, you cantget addicted to that. Anyway you ouldalways just grab a 2 pack from a gas station on your way. They’re cheap.

How about you pick up some Tylenol keep it in a private place and keep your vaginas business to yourself and get out of you child state of mind for you are grown weather in your parents home or not. Your mom won't be pregnant for you if it happens. That's not always protective it's sometimes controlling / not trying to over step but some parents don't know when to quit

you're 18 you have no obligation to tell her. I kept my birth control pills in a gum pack in my backpack for years because my mum would assume I was on them to have sex, when I was on them to help with bad periods. Sometimes parents mean well but execute that care and protectiveness poorly and it pushes us away.
