Low milk supply! How can I increase my breast milk?

Hello Mommies !! I had my daughter at 27 weeks and she is staying in the nicu. Been there for a month and is now 31 weeks.  I been pumping maybe 5x a day when I wake up . But 2x I went with out pumping for 6 hrs. And today I haven't pumped not 1 oz . It's frustrating me because my baby really needs this. Does anyone have any pointers to increase my milk supply fast !?

Pump every two hours and stay VERY hydrated. Drink lots of anything (though water is best). Eat regularly (oatmeal is great).

lactation cookies, oatmeal, mother milk tea, but the biggest thing is consistent pumping.  there's really no other way around it (to my knowledge anyway)

Increase your calorie intake and look into power pumping.
It’s a myth that increasing your water intake will up your supply.

Keep very hydrated pump every 2 hours 15-30 minutes on each side,  do lots of skin to skin if possible. Have her latch if possible. I started drinking this stiff to help bring up my supply and its happening slowly.  
I had the same issue with my first who was a nicu baby. I was able to pump and bottle feed him for 5 weeks and then out of nowhere i dried up! 
I know its hard but try to stay as stress free as possible. Stress can diminish your supply as well.

Mother's Milk Cordial has worked wonders for me, but the biggest thing is to drink drink drink! You should drink 8-12oz of water for every feeding in addition to drinking water throughout the day/night. Good luck momma

A newborn eats 8-12 times a day, so pumping 5 times may not be enough. Could you work a few more in? I am dealing with low supply too. It take a bit to see any change so hang in there!

Rolled oats or steel cut oats for oat meal. You can also add flaxseed and make the oats with almond milk to boost the  effectiveness. I also have heard great things about mothers milk tea and  fenugreek seed capsules.  Oh, and don't forget to hydrate! There are plenty of lactation cookie/lactation oatmeal/lactation smoothie recipes online but you can buy premade mixes
