Ovulation

So today is the second day of my fertile week I've been taking ovulation test since I got off my af also this month is my first round of clomid.. So all the ovulation test are negative, but I'm having mild dull cramps in my lower stomach, and glow insights today said the cramps mean I have ovulated?? But all the test say no, is it possible that I already have or will I be in the next couple days I just don't want to miss the window?:(
